Erie Canal Community Garden Fence

This unusual fence, in three separate sections, protects a community garden, by the side of the bike path on the Erie Canal, just above Fairport, New York. My friends, Alison and Jerry, pointed it out as we were riding by on our bikes on Fourth of July.
I like how the decorative circles are painted blue!
